Cancellation Policy
Day Tours & Activities:
- Full Refunds: If you need to cancel your booking, you can receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour or activity.
- Partial Refunds: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or activity, a 70% refund will be issued. The remaining 30% is retained to cover administrative and logistical costs.
No-Show Policy
- If you do not show up for your scheduled tour or activity without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Special Circumstances
- Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event that a tour or activity is canceled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Medical Emergencies: If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
